About Town Dock Restaurant
    Located on the St. Michaels Harbor, Town Dock Restaurant features nationally recognized cuisine in a scenic and casual setting. All indoor dining areas offer views of the St. Michaels Harbor and the Miles River. In season, customers may take advantage of a waterside deck and bar area for outdoor dining and cocktails.

    The Maryland Restaurant Association has nominated Chef Michael Rork as 2003 Restaurateur of the Year. Before making his home in St. Michaels, Michael Rork was the Executive Chef at Baltimore’s Harbor Court Hotel for eight years. In that capacity he won countless national and local accolades for his culinary feats. On the Eastern Shore, Chef Rork continues to receive the attention of national and local press for his creations. Bon Appetit and Gourmet magazines have requested recipes for several Town Dock menu items. Michael Rork was pleased to be a guest chef at the James Beard House in New York City in 1997 and 1998 to prepare a Chesapeake Bay Dinner. The Baltimore Sun, the Washington Post, Baltimore Magazine, The Washingtonian, Southern Living, Chesapeake Life, and the Baltimore/Washington Zagat Survey all love Town Dock Restaurant.

    May 2-4, 2003

    Join us at Town Dock Restaurant for a Saturday evening culinary treat. Guest Chef Nancy Longo of Pierpoint Restaurant in Baltimore teams up with Chef Michael Rork (Maryland Restauranteur of the Year nominee) to present a wonderful four-course dinner. Joined by “Pineapple” Schmitz of Trinchero Family Estates and a selection of their fine wines. This event promises to be a treat not to be missed.
